Colorado Asian Mental Health Network (CAMHN) Listserv

Rules, Guidelines, and Participation Standards

Membership Eligibility

Membership in the CAMHN listserv is limited to professionals registered in the state of Colorado, including:

  • Licensed mental health providers (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, and candidates)

  • Licensed medication providers (DO, MD, PMHNP, APN, PA, and candidates)

  • Students who are actively and currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program in a relevant mental health or healthcare field, provided they clearly and accurately represent their student status in all communications and do not imply licensure or scope of practice beyond their training

The public directory is limited to fully licensed providers. Pre-licensed or provisionally licensed members must represent their credentials accurately and avoid implying independent licensure or practice beyond their scope. [NOT YET ACTIVE AS OF 4/2026]

Professional Conduct & Community Standards

  • All communication must remain respectful, professional, and aligned with the values of cultural humility, inclusivity, and respect.

  • Differing perspectives are welcome when expressed constructively.

  • Abusive, discriminatory, or hostile language is not permitted.

  • Members are encouraged to assume good intent while remaining mindful of impact. When appropriate, address misunderstandings respectfully and privately.

Scope of Posts

  • Posts must be relevant to the professional practice of mental health care, including clinical work, referrals, resources, training opportunities, and professional development.

  • Use clear, concise subject lines that reflect the content of your message.

Prohibited Content

The following types of posts are not permitted:

  • Unsolicited advertisements unrelated to mental health practice (e.g., financial services, real estate, unrelated wellness services), unless in direct response to a member request

  • Intentional misinformation or disinformation

  • Political advocacy for or against specific candidates, legislation, or issues not directly related to mental health practice

  • Fundraising or promotion for causes unrelated to professional practice

    • Exceptions may be considered for personal circumstances; please contact moderators

  • External communications where CAMHN is copied (CC’d) on messages to individuals or organizations

Moderation & Enforcement

  • CAMHN moderators reserve the right to remove posts that do not align with these standards.

  • Moderators may limit or revoke posting privileges, or remove members from the listserv, in cases of repeated or significant violations.

  • Concerns about posts or member conduct may be directed to moderators privately.

  • Avoid self-promotion presented as neutral recommendation
